Fantasia was an still is a unique animated movie. It has been years since I last seen this movie.I saw this movie back in the fifth grade. I don't enjoy classical music but this was an amazing cinematic genius. Walt Disney is and forever will be an important part of American popular culture. This article took me back to my childhood. I have seen all of these movies thanks for the trip down memory lane

In response to Diane Doss
Noodling, I think it sounds fun, but not for me. I like the thought of being able to survive on the land without being dependent on grocery stores, and I’m sure if I were hungry I’d try it. I have seen specials on television about this but, didn’t think about the legalities of it. I’m sure like fishing, you would need a permit and it is probably only allowed certain times of the year.
I enjoyed reading your analysis and look forward to others. You always do a great job in your writings. Thank you for sharing what you have learned.

Responding to Diane Doss
I love that you chose all chefs; we are a nation overwhelmed with choices about food. We celebrate everything with food. When is the last time you met with someone personally that didn’t involve food? We are almost obsessed with food, weather we have a sweet tooth and no will power and think about what you are going to have for dinner before you get done eating lunch, or the health nut, that counts every calorie, and fat gram in everything you eat.

I love watching all these cooking shows, even though I’m somewhat picky about what I eat. I don’t particularly care for fancy foods, if I could eat what I wanted not worrying about my health, I would have the diet of an eight year old, unfortunately. I would have to say, I would probably favor the cooking of Paula Deen. If I cook, I love to use extra sugar and real butter in about anything I make.

Honestly, I love to watch Rachael Ray, but I don’t think I have ever seen her cook anything that me or my two 9 year old kids would eat. I may get ideas about how to doctor some dishes up, but she adds way to many veggies for me. I do buy her brand of dog food for my two dogs at over a dollar a pound. They don’t complain.

Emeril Lagasse, I’ve seen him as a guest on other TV programs, but have not ever watched his show. He seems to be very diverse in his cooking, and entertaining to watch as he cooks. My sister lives in New Orleans and went to his restaurant last year for a Christmas party, she said it was an awesome experience, I believe she said he even came out and spoke with the group.

What do you think would happen if they entered Chef Ramsay’s, Hell’s Kitchen? My guess is Rachael would cry, Paula would fry him with the chicken and I’m unsure about Chef, Emeril. I do like to watch that show, but wish he wouldn’t cuss so much. I enjoyed reading your analysis, good job!

This is an awesome blog page. The design is beautiful and well organized.

This assignment is written very well. In the third paragraph, you mention the advances in communication technology and how it affects business. Good point!!

I look forward to seeing your future postings.

Diane, I really liked reading your post about pop culture. I agree with you that popular culture is constantly changing with society. It is really interesting to see the changes that have already happened, which like you said gives us an opportunity to learn the culture of another ethnic groups. This is something that was not available for us 10 years ago. I also feel the same as Andy stated above, people now days are usually looking to blame someone else for thier mistakes. Thanks for sharing your opinion!!

Nichole, Thanks for the comment. That was information that I learned in my web design course, but I have a lot more information on the subject. (other reasons, opinions, and growth stats)

Diane you did an excellent job with your blog. I especially enjoyed reading your discussion about distance learning programs. Without interactive online schools such as Franklin University then woman like myself would find it more difficult to juggle family, work and full-time school. Thanks for taking the time to break this down for others who may be searching the internet for this information.
